Chef Stephen Marshall
Stephen is the creative force behind The Craftsman Beverage Co. A proud graduate of The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Charleston with an Advanced Certificate in Wine & Spirits, he brings over a decade of food and beverage expertise to every drink he crafts. His passion is in developing balanced, distinctive beverages that cater to every taste. A Rock Hill, SC native, Stephen lives with his wife and daughter and, when not in the kitchen, enjoys hiking, experimenting with new recipes, volunteering, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, and spending quality time with family.

Katie Marshall
Behind the scenes, Katie is the backbone of our operation. A Clemson graduate with a degree in business—and also a registered nurse—she keeps the gears turning at The Craftsman Beverage Co. Whether it’s managing day-to-day operations, connecting with customers, or capturing the perfect snapshot of our latest creation, Katie does it all with flair. In her spare time, you can find her juggling family life, volunteering, or playfully wrangling our little chef.
