Order Cancellations

We can only cancel an order if we receive a request within 24 hours of purchase and before a shipping notice has been issued. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to assist with a replacement. Please email us at info@craftsmanbeverage.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once we review the photos, we’ll work quickly to send out a replacement.

Exchanges & Returns
